With more than 15 years of experience in this field, Austral COWI’s environment unit provides services related to Environmental Management of both the natural and social environment to a wide range of public and private sector actors. Our consultancy services include institutional and human development interventions relevant to this particular area. Relying on in-house expertise, as well as its network of regional and global consultants, Austral COWI is well positioned to address the needs of the various actors in environmental management. The company is licensed by the Mozambican Ministry for the Coordination of Environmental Affairs (MICOA), to provide environmental impact assessment and environmental auditing services. Recently, these services have formed the bulk of the company’s interventions related to environment issues.We also provide consultancy services aiming at improving the way the Government, donors and Civil Society Organizations strategically/politically approach environmental concerns.
