AustralCOWI provides a number of consultancy services related to Human Resources, such as Human Resources Selection and Recruitment, Payroll Services, Labor Brokerage, Human Capital Development, Salary Surveys and HR Restructuring:
Human Resources Selection and Recruitment – using two types of recruitment processes: (i) Regular Recruitment for administrative positions and (ii) Executive Search for professionals, highly qualified staff and managers. Executive Search is also known as Head Hunting and targets people that are employed but do not normally reply to newspaper's adverts. Payroll Services – paying salaries to staff employed by other companies including their personal obligations - taxes, social security, insurance, medical assistance. Labor Brokerage – employing temporary people as requested by clients and making them available to the same clients as a service. The entire legal, administrative and fiscal responsibility lies with AustralCOWI and the client pays a fee against this service. Human Capital Development – training and/or career development, undertaking training needs assessment which determines existing gaps between staff qualifications and the requirements of the staff development plan. Salary Surveys – aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of the labour market in regard to (i) policies, rules, procedures, aptitudes, behaviours, industrial relations and, (ii) remuneration packages and compositions that are practiced in specific sectors or business lines. HR Restructuring – assessing organizational structures, systems, resources available and their compatibility to the requirements of the posts to help the clients facing an increasingly competitive world. AustralCOWI gives guidance to the creation of organizational structures that are light, flexible, and effective, responding to market expectations. We tailor the structures to the realities of the country and its industry in particular.
