Joint forces

AustralCOWI Lda. started operating as one company in July 2007, joining the forces of two of the most recognized development consultancies in Mozambique, Austral Consultoria e Projectos Lda and COWI Mozambique Lda. AustralCOWI has more than fifty national and international development consultants working in Mozambique, offering a combination of in-country expertise and specialized international knowledge accumulated over nearly fifty years of development consulting in Sub-Saharan Africa, including successfully implemented projects in every province in Mozambique. Many of the assignments are multidisciplinary involving engineering, economics, environment, development planning and other disciplines. AustralCOWI accesses expertise from the worldwide COWI Group network, a global group of consultancy companies employing around 4500 professionals in 35 countries. COWI integrates local offices, regional units and specialist expertise in a network bound together by common goals, values, procedures and business systems, knowledge sharing and staff secondment. COWI’s regionalization so far extends to a series of permanent offices in Denmark and Eastern and Northern Europe, Africa, the Arabian Gulf as well as in the US, Canada, China, and South Korea. AustralCOWI is a member of COWI Africa which, in addition to Mozambique, includes subsidiaries in Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe among others. < Prev   Next >
